Personal Touch

Phoenix Lab prides itself on the personal touch at every point in our process. Each of the 600+ calls the Phoenix Central Laboratory receives per day is answered by one of our friendly customer service representatives who will get you to the person you need to speak to, Monday-Saturday from 7 am-8 pm, and Sundays from 8 am to 3 pm. Should you call outside of these hours, your call will be answered by a member of the laboratory’s staff.

Price

Our prices are very competitive, and our billing and accounting department make the process as transparent and simple as possible.

Local Couriers

Whenever possible, we use our own team of Phoenix couriers to transport your samples to ensure that your experience will be as painless as possible. Our extensive courier network covers areas within four states.
